    hi gloria! I'm not sure if you know how to help w this but for the past 4-5 days I've been doing this leg exercise routine and I'm seeing this problem where most of my thigh area has lost fat but not the area below my underwear (weird desc ik but idk its name). are there any exercises that I could do to lose fat there as well? my main goal is to enhance the thigh gap I have but because of this area it's not looking how it's supposed to be, thankss !!!

    I’m a petite small frame 64 who ran marathons for 15 years I no longer run marathons but I do the elliptical for 5miles 4 times a week along with calisthenics 5days a week. I had my one and only child at 39 and never could get rid of my baby pooch it’s small but I dislike it so I will try this exercise 😊❤tk u

    Before i did this workout for the first time, i read some comments saying that it hurt or that it was a bit too hard, and that demotivated me. I compare myself to others a lot, and I know that that's a really bad thing. Cuz when i did the workout, it wasn't hard at all for me. It's probably because I've been working out a lot, so im not a beginner, and I've been doing some of Gloria's other workouts. I do another workout but for lower belly fat and that ones harder than this one so this one was really easy for me ngl. Moral of the story: DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYBODY! People that say "this workout was really hard and tiring and it hurt a lot" (which is not bad at all ofc) are mostly beginners and people that arent used to workout everyday (or just people that havent been working out for a while and are starting again). And people that say "this workout was really easy, not tiring at all but it did burn" are mostly people that are used to training their abs/body and just didnt find this hard. So i recommend reading the comments after you do the workout❤

    I had many rest in the morning when I first started this, which is today. But now its night and I'm doing it again, on my bed, with my eyes close, trying so hard not feel that much pain and relax. I FELT LIKE I WAS GIVING BIRTH (I don't know how giving birth feels like, but I just look and felt like that personally). The second time when I did it, which was the night when I first started. I didn't stopped/ had any rest (not including the rest Gloria had provided).
